Coupled with sliced braised pork belly, homemade pâté spread, our house aioli, and a dash of molasses-infused soy sauce. Fresh cilantro and cucumbers balance out the savory flavors. Finally topped with crisp white onions, pickled carrots and daikon.

    Also known as “The Big Boy Bánh Mì.” Layer upon layer of fresh lettuce, a thick spread of our pâté, grilled 3-spice pork, and 2 scrambled eggs. Then we add a big boy’s helping of sweet Thai chili sauce, cilantro, pickled carrots and daikon topped with just enough Vietnamese hot sauce.
